What are Love Handles?
Love handles are essentially layers of fat around the side of your mid-section. They are not the most attractive and a lot of people want to know how to get rid of them. Below are some easy workout for love handles and how to get that summer bod you always dream about.
First thing is first, in order to lose weight, you need to be on a calorie deficit. This means that the calories burnt need to be more than the intake calories. There are many sites where you can calculate the amount of calories you can consume in a day. but this one is my favorite (maintenance calorie calculator). It tells you how many calories you need to eat based on a list of criteria (age, sex, height, etc.) and tells you how many calories you need to eat to lose 0.5, 1, or 2 pounds a week. Basically, eat healthier and move more, easy right?
Exercises to get rid of love handles
You’re going to see other websites tell you to focus on the hip, abs, and back regions. No. You can not only focus on those regions and expect to lose those love handles. In order to lose fat, you need to do exercises that burn the most amount of calories. HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) is a proven method to burn a lot of calories because it increases your heart rate a lot more than doing generic crunches, sit ups, or twists. HIIT also allows for your body to burn calories at a higher rate 24-48 hours after your workout.
Here are some products that I recommend you to use to make the exercises as easy as possible:

– I highly recommend to have a pair of shoes only for working out. It will keep traction when you sprint around and Keep it indoors so it wont get dirty. Nothing too expensive and nothing too cheap.
