Best Tasting Weight Gain Shakes | Gain weight FAST

Below are the 2 recipes I personally used to get from 160 to 200 while staying below 20% body fat. All natural. AND they are the best tasting shakes to gain weight with.

Fair warning, I use a blender for all my recipes. The blender I use is the Ninja BL660 Professional Countertop Blender. It gets the job done and I have been using it for over a year now with no problems. It does an amazing job blending the ice and it makes the drink taste like something I would get at a smoothie store.

Drink 1 – The Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Monster (More Protein)
Total Calories : about 650 calories
Total Grams of Protein: about 54g
– 2 Scoops of Huel Black Edition (90g) (40g protein)
– 2 Cups of Ice (300g)
– 1 Cup of Milk or Milk Substitute (150g) (8g protein)
– 1 teaspoon of SKIPPY Peanut Butter Blended with Plant Protein (32g) (5g Protein)
– 1 banana (115g) (1g protein)

Optional:
– 5g of Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, Unflavored
* add more milk or water if you want it to have less of a smoothie consistency
* this drink has very little amount of carbs compared to others because of the Huel Black Edition

Drink 2 – Cookies and Cream Lovers Special (More Carbs)
Total Calories: about 960
Total Grams of Protein: 41g
– 4 scoops of Muscle Milk Gainer Protein Powder, Vanilla Creme (162g) (32g protein)
– 3 scoops of ice (450g)
– 1.5 cups of Milk or Milk Substitute (150g) (8g protein)
– 3 Oreos (34g) (1g protein)

Optional:
– 5g of Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, Unflavored
* this shake has A LOT of carbs, that’s why it has so many calories and less protein.
